Step 1: Connect the power supply (Power supply: 120V 60Hz) and select the area where you need to cook.
Step 2: Set the cooking time, and then press the knob to set the cooking temperature. (If necessary, press it again to adjust the probe temperature.)
Step 3: Press the start button to start preheating. At this time, the PRE sign will be displayed on the screen. After about 5-6minutes, the machine will Beep 3 times to remind that the preheating is over.
Step 4: When the preheating is over, click start button again to start cooking. Then the screen displays cooking time and temperature you set before preheating, and starts to counting down.

Tips: There are five setting modes: four default temps & customize temps.
Insert temperature probe, the probe icon light on.
Select 4 default temps:After setting the heating temperature, press the knob then turn it to select the food doneness settings.
Set customize temps: Press the knob again and the probe temps flashes to customize the probe temps.
Inserted the probe into center of the food, the food temps will display.
After the temps reaches to the selected meat doneness or customized temps, the machine will Beeps 5 times to reminds you it is done.

For satisfactory result, add a little cooking oil to the plates.
To reduce the preheating time, close the grill plates during preheating.
Only using the handle to open or close the top cover.
There is a foldable bracket on the base, you can lift the bracket when grill meat for fast oil draining and smokeless cooking.
Wear gloves to remove the drip tray. Empty the drip tray into a heat-resistant pan, rinse it in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly later
